I wore this to day 2 of jury duty. And seriously? Everyone who complained about jury duty can suck it. I had a GREAT time! One of the first groups grabbed, chosen for my first jury, in and outta there in 1.5 days and dismissed by lunch of the second day!

It was loverly. But seriously? The prosecuting attorney was sooo incompetent. He must have been super green because the judge had to prompt him about things constantly and he always seemed scattered with his nose in his notes... Needless to say, we came back with a "not guilty" verdict...

Nice, also, to find out that I have a day off tomorrow and that Starbucks will reimburse me for my jury duty days! Yay!

Back to Trojan Women tonight! Here we go!

Screaming Guilt

I wore this to jury duty today. Got placed in the first group and then got selected for a jury, so two or three more days of this and I'll be done. More after the trial ends.

I was a little bummed not to have remembered to email myself these pictures thinking I'd be sitting around all day doing nothing, but since I was placed right away I actually had very little down time. Think I'm not even gonna bring my computer with me tomorrow (I KNOW), but my books will def be coming with me... And my script. Since we have a performance tomorrow night...

I was supposed to have rehearsal for the movie I'm filming tonight, but the director had a family emergency so we canceled. And I am kinda glad. I needed a night off. So thank god.

I wore this to my opener this morning... Le boo. Soooo tired all day. But glad to get the hours in and everything since I (potentially) have jury duty for the rest of the week...

Then I ran a number of errands and hit up yoga.

I wore this to my final early mid. I am so happy to have had two days off. And on top of that, I got cast in a movie that films next weekend, which is perfect timing since I don't have a show on Sat or Sun (although I am opening both days, thanks to jury duty--le boooooo).

I am about to head to rehearsal for the film and then get ready for my opener tomorrow. Back to the (semi-) regular grind (after a few days of sitting in a room doing nothing--jury duty!)
