I wore this to rehearsal today. First day in the space. Really changed everything. I'm actually kinda excited to start tech tomorrow. And very glad I get one last night to blow off some steam before we start all the tech crazitude.

Crazy For You

tee: Saatchi Gallery from London, sweatshirt: Lululemon, pants: Old Navy, shoes: LA Gear gifted, accessories: Relic watch, gifted rings
Whew! Today has been a little busy.  Yoga'd this afternoon and then had to pack up all my crap from around mama's (it's amazing how much it explodes everywhere in only 3 days!) and I think I finally have everything gathered together... blearg.

Yoga was good today. I was pretty strong, but I definitely noticed that my shoulders are sore and a lot weaker after the stupid accident.  Boo.

I was so good at the bar last night. I didn't drink at all, but had a TON of fun with the bizarro amalgamation of friends who came out (high school, college, B&J, past show and current show--randomly awesome).  Loved it!

Also, bought my Harry Potter 7.2 tix for Cinebarre today!  YAY!  28 days!

Anything Helps

tee: Saatchi Gallery London, tank: Costco, sweater: Express, jeans: Levi's, converse: gifted,
OK, it was loverly sleeping in this morning and having a relaxing time getting up.  Now that I have nothing really to do today but get a massage, head to the dentist and go to rehearsal I am so happy.

I am also gonna head to Pharmaca on my way to the massage and grab the info on the diet thing my fairies and I are gonna do for the next few weeks (we're calling it the "I'm wearing a unitard all summer" diet) and then I am gonna have some fun fat-loading for the next two days!  Yummy fried foodz here I come! (Yes, it's part of the diet. Yes, I am a little weirded out by that.  No, I don't care.)

Since I got outta rehearsal early last night, I did some work on my lines and think I have a firmer grasp on a lot of what I am saying.  Still need to figure out who I am exactly, but at least I know now what I am saying and generally why I am saying it. The list of character questions grows...

Hot Patootie

tee: Saatchi Gallery London, tank: Costco, jeans: J Brand from Nordstrom, shoes: Converse from Nordstrom
Well, I had planned on staying in bed all day today just watching TV and hanging out doing nothing in particular (since I haven't been able to have a day like that since I got back home), but then I got a loverly little call from Patrick inviting me to go see Rocky Horror at OCT and I decided an afternoon of raunchy theatre sounded loverly.

It was an interesting Rocky.  Totes different that the one we did in college, much rockier (no pun intended--teehee) and kinda awesome that way.  I kept having to remind myself not to compare them, which, of course, never works out.  The only thing I really missed was back up singers.  They had great Transvestites who danced, but they didn't get to sing all the harmonies on all the songs.  I missed that.  I know them all and love them all and think they really help separate the show from the movie (not that they needed any help with that, it was def its own rockstar take). Oh wells, generally, very enjoyable 2 hours! And nice to see all my peeps who were in it!

Now I plan to do absolutely nothing for the rest of the day, except watching more Twin Peaks!

Outerwear

Yoga and rehearsal felt long today... That and it took me forever to figure out how to set the self timer on my camera (no more pictures in mirrors if I can help it), but I am finally home and I got my camera to work!

The outerwear component of today's outfit. New H&M side zip "leather" jacket (my old one, also H&M, died a terrible death--I still have it and will share its demise with all of you sometime... I wore the shit out of it for 2 years), maroon pashmina bought in London and grey fedora bought somewhere on Capital Hill.

I told you all I love hats, but the real reason I own so many is that I have the smallest head ever (seriously), so whenever I try on a hat that fits, I come to the conclusion that I have to buy it and so I do. And now I have quite a large collection...
