Sucks to Be Sick

Last night's show was ROUGH.  I just gave up on trying to hit the Candy high notes and just created this new hoarse throaty character.  It was actually kinda fun to sound like I'd been smoking since infancy sans filters.  That or a tranny.  The whole "boob job" storyline had an entirely different meaning...

Tonight is the closing night and I sound better but am definitely not anywhere near 100%.  I am very glad that I had yesterday off work and have nothing I need to do today until the show tonight and all I am doing tomorrow is sitting in a theatre watching Hamlet.
